Since ProxyLabs.agency primarily offers digital services and non-tangible products, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

✔ Duplicate Charges – If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.

✔ Unauthorized Transactions – If you did not authorize a payment, and you report it within 7 days of the transaction.


2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

❌ Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer need the service.
❌ User Misuse – No refunds will be issued if the service was used improperly or in violation of our Terms of Service.
❌ Third-Party Issues – If an issue arises due to third-party platforms (e.g., payment providers, hosting services), we are not liable for refunds.
❌ Partial Usage – If a service has already been partially used or accessed, it is not eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Support – Email admin@proxylabs.agency with your order details and the reason for your request.
2️⃣ Verification – Our team will review your request and investigate the issue.
3️⃣ Approval or Denial – You will receive a response within 5-7 business days.
4️⃣ Processing Time – Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.


4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription-based service, you may cancel at any time. However:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.


5. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Block future purchases from your account.
  • Dispute the chargeback with proof of service delivery.
  • Pursue legal action if necessary for fraudulent chargebacks.
